Redeemed Flooring offers a range of products and services including:

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Pricing for products and installation services will be confirmed during the quoting process.

Promotional offers, discounts, and package deals are subject to specific terms outlined during the promotion and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

4. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote or estimate provided by Redeemed Flooring is valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotes are based on our estimation and information provided by the customer. Any changes in the project scope or site conditions may result in adjustments to the original quote.

All estimates are subject to availability and the final approval of RF.

5. Payments

A deposit may be required before starting the project. The amount will be agreed upon during the signing of the contract.

Full payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.

Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the specific contract agreement.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations will incur a 25% penalty of the total project cost. This is to cover administrative fees and any material or service preparation done for your project.

Rescheduling of installation services is allowed but must be communicated to RF at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. If not, rescheduling may result in additional fees.

Restocking fees will apply for unopened products, non-refundable after opening.

7. Installation

Installation services are provided by licensed, insured, and bonded professionals.

RF follows standard installation guidelines, but unforeseen circumstances (such as subfloor conditions, moisture, or structural issues) may require additional services, which will be discussed before proceeding.

You agree to provide access to the installation site and ensure that the work area is clear and ready for installation.

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, supply chain issues, or access restrictions.

8. Warranty

Redeemed Flooring offers a One (1) Year Installation Warranty covering defects in the workmanship of the installation process.

Manufacturer warranties apply to the products we supply. RF is not responsible for product defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, but we will assist you in handling warranty claims.

Any warranty is void if improper care and maintenance void the manufacturer's warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

Redeemed Flooring is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

We are not liable for any damage caused to surrounding structures during installation unless it is due to negligence on our part.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

10. Customer Obligations

Any information provided by the customer during the quoting process must be accurate and complete.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the flooring products according to care guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of our website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Redeemed Flooring. It may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our express permission.

12. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of customer information, is a part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law
