Eco-Friendly Sourcing and Prep
The process starts with sustainable logs from Borneo. To avoid harmful pesticides, we soak the logs in seawater to naturally eliminate pests. This eco-friendly step preserves the wood’s integrity while honoring our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Building a High-Stability Core
After debarking, logs are peeled into uniform sheets and dried in specialized chambers to lock in optimal moisture levels. Any natural imperfections are stitched and reinforced before being glued into a dense plywood core, providing superior stability compared to solid wood.
Precision Sawn Veneers
We use advanced European hardwood veneers, sawn—not sliced—using German and Italian machinery. Sawn wood is superior because it keeps the wood grain intact, ensuring the structural integrity and timeless beauty of every plank.

Our factory is powered by its own wood refuse and bark, eliminating the need for petroleum fuels. After the layers are fused under immense pressure, our team performs:
