A Glimpse into a Beautiful, Sustainable Future

Say hello to our neighbor’s lovely home… what makes it outstanding, you may ask? There’s a merge of beauty, safety, durability, and sustainability. It’s everywhere inside their home! Well surely, it’s a sustainable future ahead of them!

The Foundation: Quality You Can Trust

And it all begins with the wood products they use, provided by Kayu Lapis Indonesia (KLI). Redeemed Flooring is KLI’s factory-direct retailer for their flooring products.

We’re willing to go to great lengths to ensure the highest standards and safety. We put our wood specimens through extreme processes to guarantee durability. The results? Not only has it passed the test, it has exceeded world-renowned standards.

Rigorous Quality Control & Lab Testing

To ensure the safety of our workforce and our customers, we perform a thorough Quality Control process in our labs routinely. This process allows us to keep a close watch on emission levels, making our products truly safe for usage—even for children and newborns.

Breathe Easy with Ultra-Low Emissions

What does it mean to have safe emission levels? It means your eyes are protected from irritation and your lungs are protected from indoor air pollution.

Our products are treated with flame-retardant substances to reduce the likelihood of catching fire and to slow down combustion or flame spread. We also test for:

  • Scratch Resistance: Ability to resist damage from coarse or sharp objects.
  • Bonding Strength: Evaluating wood finish to meet strict adhesion requirements.
  • Adhesive Longevity: Testing specific shelf-life issues for maximum durability.

Safety Without Compromise

It is no coincidence that our glue plant is the first in Indonesia with ELEF (Ultra Low Emitting Formaldehyde) Certification.

While these chemical treatments are necessary to save lives, we also meet the strict California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) Phase 2 standards. This is the global benchmark for formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products, including hardwood plywood (HWPW), particleboard (PB), and medium-density fiberboard (MDF).
