How we started

We Saw the Same Problem Over and Over.

Homeowners spend real money on a floor they love. A crew comes in, rushes the preparation, and is gone before the problems show up.

Gaps. Cupping. Creaking. Floors that looked fine on day one and started failing by year two.

The floor itself was usually fine. The process behind it was not.

After 27 years working directly with wood mills and waterproof hardwood manufacturers across three continents, we understood exactly how flooring is made, how it performs, and where it fails. We built Redeemed Flooring around one idea: that doing the job right from the beginning is less expensive than fixing it later.

For you and for us.

The name

Why Redeemed.

The name is not accidental.

We are an immigrant-built business, and faith shapes how we think about work. Redeemed means restored to what it was meant to be. That is exactly what we are trying to do for every home we work in.

A floor installed right does not just look good. It holds up. It adds value. It does not quietly fail while you are living on it. It becomes what it was supposed to be from the beginning.

That standard is what we hold ourselves to on every project.

Our approach

What We Do Differently.

Most flooring companies sell product and send a crew. We guide the decision from the beginning and stay accountable through the end.

We come to you first.

Before anything is ordered or scheduled, we bring curated flooring samples directly to your home. You see them in your actual lighting, next to your cabinets and walls. That one step prevents most of the regrets we hear about from people who chose in a showroom and lived with the consequences.

We inspect before we install.

Once the existing floor is removed, we assess the exposed subfloor for flatness, moisture concerns, and any conditions that could affect installation. These are where flooring failures are born. We find them before installation starts, not after your new floor is already down.

Our crew is our crew.

We do not use subcontractors. The team that shows up to your home works for Redeemed Flooring. Our installers have over 15 years of experience. When you call us with a question six months after the job, we still answer.

We stand behind what we install.

If a floor we install fails because of our workmanship, we fix it. No finger pointing. No excuses. That is not a marketing line. It is the only way we know how to operate.
